Do you need to detect a "peculiar leak" that a gas detector, the classic bubble test, or a contrast fluid system cannot resolve? Whisper is ideal for detecting and locating ultrasonic frequencies generated in the following contexts:
• leaks of any pressurized or vacuum gas
• electrical arc
• worn bearings and machinery
• anomalies in steam traps
• leaks from gaskets

The detector is equipped with a special integrated receiver that detects frequencies around 40.5 kHz. Through a sophisticated system, Whisper identifies the source of ultrasound and, thanks to an adjustment system, eliminates disturbances caused by external noise. This makes Whisper a versatile solution that can also be used in noisy environments, such as technical rooms.

Whisper integrates a heterodyne function that converts the main ultrasonic frequencies into a range audible to the human ear. This makes it possible to identify variations to easily locate the source of ultrasound. The heterodyne output is activated when headphones (included) are connected to the detector. Sensitivity is adjusted via an innovative "touch pad" keyboard.
