What should I do to send the instrument?

1. Prepare a shipping document (DDT) complete with
▪ Company data (with billing and delivery addresses)
▪ Name, mobile number, and email address for sending the quote
▪ Reason (e.g., Certification, repair, etc.)
▪ Any information on the operating status or anomalies encountered

2. Package the instrument securely, ensuring it does not move inside the box.
3. Ship via courier (we recommend with tracking option) to our laboratory at the address

What is the DTVSTORE support procedure?
1. Our laboratory receives the package and registers it upon arrival
2. The specialized technician performs a preliminary evaluation of the instrument and sends you a quote for the necessary and/or requested intervention;
3. Upon receiving your approval, we will repair the item and send it back
