Where is my order?
After completing the purchase process, we need a maximum of 48 hours to process the order.
As soon as the goods have left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
Always check the website of the courier we indicate, from which you can verify any delivery attempts already made and any problems the courier may have in identifying your address.

Shipping times
Shipping takes 24 to 48 hours for delivery, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery takes place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on the region.
