How do I make a return and get a refund?
The best way to avoid mistakes during the purchasing phase is to contact us with any questions. Our technical department will be at your disposal.
If you have received an item that is incompatible with your needs, please send us an email to info@dtvstore.it. You only have 14 days to return it.
Return shipping is always at the buyer's expense.

RETURN THE ITEM AND GET A REFUND

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the returned items within ten business days of delivery to the courier. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your return.
